Metal roof needing examination and repair
My 80 year old mother had a $31,000 metal roof put on by this company and has had issues for the last TWO YEARS. As her power of attorney I have been asking for TWO YEARS to get someone to even call her and arrange to have a rep on site to check on and evaluate and then repair the situation. The roof is leaking and now drips on her hardwood floors causing damage. I have dealt with two representatives, the latest one even promising that the Installation Manager would contact her the week of Sept 28...and nothing! Stay away from this company! They don't care about their customers.
