We have an awful odour, something is dead. The rep on the phone said Randy would look for the source and would go forward with the removal if successful in locating it, and would look for any entry points. I clarified I want to make sure the dead critter gets removed.
Upon arriving, Randy did look for the source, but said they rarely locate anything and can mostly just look for entry points and sell us a bag to absorb the odour. Said finding it would require cutting a bunch of holes in the walls, and still isnt likely.
I wouldnt have booked the appointment if the phone rep had said they dont usually find it and just sell an odour absorber. Could just buy that online. She didnt guarantee it would be found, and did say the removal would be priced based on how hard it is to remove it, but she did assure me he could most likely find and remove the source of the odour, and he definitely said otherwise when he got here. He was very nice, though, and did do some sniffing around.

We sorry to hear this, we cannot guarantee anything before seeing it so our apologies if you felt mislead. All services have to start with an inspection and unfortunately with dead animals their is no special tool to locate it is all a needle in a haystack and almost always involves cutting a hole or several.
