I hired Cale Duguay to do some work in my attic and I’m very satisfied with the results. Cale and his assistant are both friendly, reliable, and professional. Cale provided me with a detailed estimate before beginning the work and there were no changes or additional costs. The work was done well and on schedule. In any job, especially in an old house, unexpected things are uncovered. I came to appreciate Cale’s calm problem-solving approach. “Well, we’ve got a situation”. He explains things clearly and patiently. Cale can handle anything that comes up, either himself or by contacting the right people. Cale and his helper took good care of the furniture and household effects and cleaned up well before leaving. Most of the work was in the attic but the visible parts on the ceiling (finishing, painting, etc.) look really good. I would hire Cale again to work on other projects at my house. In fact, part way through my job, a neighbour got Cale to do the same attic framing and insulation work at her house. I am very comfortable recommending Cale Duguay.
