I have to say that I'm very happy with the services provided by Strong Plumbing. Valentin explained everything that needed to be done and work was done very neat and professionally. And also I like a lot the faucet supplied by Valentin, looks great in my kitchen. I strongly recommend this company.

Unfortunately for me I've been in need of numerous plumbing services over the last few years from bathroom renos to nasty leaks and Val has been an invaluable resource and reliable plumber for all of these projects. When Val shows up you know he will be honest in his diagnosis of the problem, efficient in resolving it, fair in how he prices it and tidy in cleaning up after his work.

In addition to being both great at what he does and honest in what he charges the best thing about Val's services is he is always able to accommodate you in an emergency and is always there when he says he will be.

I keep Val on my speed dial and although I hope to not need his services as much in the future he'll likely be my plumber for life!

When an old toilet in the bathroom just above our freshly-renovated kitchen began to leak I called Valentin. He made excellent suggestions about what to keep in mind when choosing a replacement toilet. For example I would never have thought about the fact that the water-supply pipe coming up through the floor instead of from the wall behind means that you have to be careful about the shape and size of the base of the toilet.
After installing the new toilet, Valentin also installed a new shut-off valve and explained how three different types of shut-off valves functioned. The old valve had become defective and had caused a loud thumping noise whenever the toilet tank finished filling up. Valentin obviously knows his trade thoroughly since he was able to diagnose this problem immediately.
Valentin also kindly answered a few questions I had about other problematic plumbing fixtures in the house, at no extra charge. I
have every confidence in his skill and integrity and recommend him highly. In the future we hope to have a complete bathroom renovation done and I would have every confidence in Valentin for that project.

Val will be our go-to plumber from now on. He is reliable, on-time, easy to work with, and prices fairly. There's not much more one can ask for in a plumber.

Good help is hard to find in Toronto, and I've been screwed by a few plumbers in this city. Valentin is a pure professional, very helpful, classy and upbeat. Unlike other plumbers who carefully charged me per hour in the past, Valentin stuck to his fixed quote - for the work he did, it was a total *bargain* compared to most other Toronto plumbers.

I decided on Valentin based on the excellent reviews received on this site. Valentin replaced 2 toilets and bathroom faucet and repaired 2 pipes in the home. He did a fantastic job. Was very punctual and took great care in his work. We were very impressed and will definitely call him again for other jobs around the house.

We have just used Homestars for the first time and found Valentin of Strong Plumbing through the site. I was very skeptical of his 10/10 rating, thinking it was too good to be true but let me tell you, he is the real deal. Our project involved roughing in all the plumbing for a bathroom reno in a 100 year old home. Valentin took the challenge and never found an obstacle he couldn't overcome.

When the subcontractor who did the plumbing on my entire house did not return my phone calls to replace a single bathroom faucet, I turned to Homestars to find a new plumber. My new plumber is Valentin. True to other reviews, he was prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling. He is knowledgeable (20 years experience), good at problem solving and careful with his work. He also took the time to explain to me a design defect in the faucet I had bought and where I need to watch for leaking. An absolute pleasure to work with - I will definitely have him back to replace another faucet and I will recommend him highly to friends.

he was prompt, answered my call right away discussed the situation on the phone and gave me some confidence that he would come asap. He was a man of his word, called when he promised, let me know well in advance that he'd be a bit late, arrived on time. He was very respectful of my property, clean and effficient. He was thorough and figured out my problem right away. Ended up fixing 2 other problems on the side that have been plaging me - that 2 other plumbers had told me was either not fixable or that i would have to rip out my shower wall to fix! He knows his stuff and he was honest about what he could or could not do for me. Valentin even took the time to educate me about what to look for so if the problems came back i could fix them myself. I was bracing myself for a bad experience and high price tag but thank god didnt get it. Have been telling everyone what a great experience he gave me. I would highly recommend his services.

Valentin came in and had a good look at the problems, quickly worked out what needed to be done, explained it all to us and then gave a quote of much less than another company who had previously been round. He did the job right then and there and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. He even gave us advice about another small problem we had and gave us an easy way to fix it.
He was great and we would definitely use him again.
