Valentin went out of his way on a Sunday to come to our place and do the replacement of our kitchen and bathroom facets. He was clear and concise with explaining the work to be done and scheduling the job. He arrived exactly on time on Sunday morning at 9:00 am. This was probably the first time we have had a tradesperson arrive on time.

He easily resolved a minor issue that arose with the kitchen facet install and even provided 5 different replacement facet options for the bathroom at a great price. He also quickly fixed a problematic toilette and gave us advice on other plumbing repairs that we asked about.

Both my wife and I agreed that we were very lucky to have his help. We will for sure ask for his help again the next time we have a plumbing requirement.

We hired Valentin to replace our kitchen sink drain after replacing the sink. We have 90 year old pipes and he was careful and did the job quickly, well, and cleanly.

We would definitely hire him again for our plumbing needs and recommend him to others.

A couple of months ago, my dad tried to replace two toilets for me. They both ended up leaking! I called Valentin at Strong Plumbing and he reinstalled both toilets for me, and I have not had a problem since! I would highly recommend this plumber!

Valentin has done a few jobs for us, but the biggest one was replacing a section of our stack that run into the concrete floor.

Valentin responded immediately, and had the job done within days. I trust him, very important.

Recently moved into a 3 year-old house and discovered an intermittent leakage in the basement mechanical room. The site of leakage was very difficult to gain access and because of that, the first plumber was not even able to determine the exact source.

Then I got in touch with Valentin via email to which he promptly replied. When he came, he thoroughly investigated the problem and determined the source of the leak. But it was inaccessible due to our HVAC system. He then coordinated with a HVAC contractor to remove part of the return plenum so that he could complete the repair.

The repair was physically very tricky due to limited access but Valentin did an excellent job. He even charged me quite a bit less than the price he originally quoted when he found out the job was not as time consuming as he thought.

I am extremely satisfied with his craftsmanship and his excellent work ethics. I have since stored his contact on my phone for any future plumbing work.

I would like to say Val is the BEST . Don;t trust anyone else for your plumbing needs. I called him- he came to my home and explained everything to me first. Job was done to perfection within 2 days of my call.This is my first time doing any kind of review , but I know how many people are afraid to 'call the plumber" Do not hesitate to call VAL. You will be so HAPPY you did. We will continue to use his service in the future!

Valentin is amazing! This is the second time we have called him as we have an older home and he really knows his stuff! Valentin quickly figured out that the problem was not pipes in the basement but there was leak from a valve in the upstairs powder room that was just seeping down the pipe behind the drywall because there were no water marks in the ceiling or wall. And we didn't have to put any holes in our walls to diagnose the problem. He explained what it was and had fixed the problem very quickly! Amazing! We had other plumbers telling us it was leaks/cracks in our toilet and no one could figure out the problem. Moving forward Valentin will be the only plumber we will be calling. Thank you so much for your help!

Valentin responded quickly, explained the problems clearly, suggested and implemented reasonable fixes, worked efficiently and charged very reasonable rates. He was extremely careful not to create a mess and he cleaned up very well afterwards. He is the best plumber I have dealt with in 40 years. I will definitely call him again for future projects.

Valentin was incredible. He replied to emails quickly, stayed within the quoted price and completed the job to our satisfaction. Any future problems and he would be the first person we call. Very happy with his work.

Valentin was very polite, prompt and knowledgeable. He requested photos for the problem and responded quickly with the solution. When he came to complete the job, it was done in a quick and professional manner. Paying intricate attention to detail. He was awesome!
