Not only did Valentin show up the same day that I called, but he came within 30 minutes. I was not only pleased with his professionalism but the quality of his work. On top of all this, Valentin is a really nice guy.

I contacted Strong Plumbing on an urgent basis because the main plumbing valve for the house had broken. Valentin returned my call right away, and drove across the city to arrive even earlier than expected. He not only did the work expertly and efficiently, but did a few extra things for me without increasing his price from what he quoted. The part that needed replacing was unusual -- but he had one nevertheless. He's friendly and courteous. I highly recommend him.

I experienced small volume of water coming from the tap of my washroom and thought it was something requires extensive work to be done. Valetin received my request, came promptly and did a very fair assessment. He told me that most likely I just needed to change my worn out tap, and it will be fine. He went to work immediately and got the tap changed in less than 1 hour. The efficiency was just amazing, and the experience of hiring someone knowledgeable, dependable and honest was a great feeling. He also did an assessment of a slightly dripping bathroom shower tap, and his advise was to do nothing for now, because the cost of doing anything outweighs the benefit. I totally agreed with the assessment. It was great working with Valetin. I think there should be more contractors like him out there. Thank you very much.

I was unable to remove an old vanity fixture in the main floor bathroom. despite hours of effort. Found Valentin's contact through Home Stars. Was delighted at his prompt and courteous response - within an hour of my call, he was at the front door. With the correct tools and his skill as an experienced plumber, Valentin had the old fixture removed and the new one in place in about an hour. His price was more than fair and his service exemplary. Would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends!

After struggling with a toilet that repeatedly got clogged over several weeks, I called Valentin. He came and took the toilet apart and found the partial blockage in no time. I highly recommend Strong Plumbing.

Valentin installed a dishwasher for me in less than 1 hour. He is quick, thorough, efficient and just the nicest guy. He had to do a little re-plumbing because of the tight space under my sink cabinet...and didn't charge me for this. HIGHLY recommended!

We are very satisfied with Valentin's service. We renovated the house including the kitchen and bathroom where all the plumbing was redone including stack, toilet, bath and shower. The water mains was also replaced due to the high lead content. All work passed the permit stages without issue. He always arrived on time and immediately set the work at hand. Did the work quickly and tidily and then, most encouragingly, demonstrated what he had done.

We have, and will definitely use him again.

We had a blockage in one of our toilets, as this is a small industry about 15 – 20 people use this toilet daily. We called Val from “ Strong Plumbing Inc”, referred by a co-worker. He responded immediately and fixed the problem in the same day; we were able to use the toilet on the same day. We are highly satisfied with his job (money wise and time wise) and happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a real professional plumbing service (installing new devise or repairing existing ones).
