One cable snapped and my garage door wouldn't close. Called Markham Garage Doors at 8AM, left a VM. Call was returned in 10 minutes and a technician was sent to my house. Technician arrived at 10AM and fixed the door, changed both cables, cleaned the grease I put on the mechanism, all in 1 hour.
Door was fixed at 11AM. That's what I call professionalism, promptness, work quality.
Would probably buy a new door from them soon, my door is running out of curb appeal.
