Woke up to a broken spring on the garage door. Markham Garage Doors was here a half hour prior to the estimated time. Brandon was very friendly and explained the problem in simple lingo so even I understood. It took less than half an hour to fix the problem. Brandon noticed that I also had a bad bearing and was quick to replace that for me too. He also suggested to tighten the screws on the outer plates with the rollers at least a couple of times a year. Then he proceeded to tighten them all for me. Markham Garage Doors has a great service tech in Brandon and I will tell everybody that needs this service about Brandon and Markham Garage Doors.
