The workers were very professional and paid a lot of attention to details. I am very happy with their skills and the efforts they made for this project. The communications between me, Rowan and the workers went very well too. I will definitely recommend this company. Only one improvement opportunity: a sample of wood was not presented to me for my confirmation before the order was made, so in the end we had to use the wood whose color much much darker than which I chose, because the manufacturer presented on their website a color which was totally different from the real color they delivered.

Rowan was very helpful with the design of our new front yard and it looks great. He consulted about the plants to be included in the garden and was able to create a small ramp in the driveway to make it easier to move the lawn mower and the wheelbarrow from front to back yard. I have had many compliments from the neighbours. Rowan and Roy have been very good with resolving a few outstanding issues. I would recommend them for garden and landscaping work.

Having worked with P2 on past outdoor projects we did not hesitate to contact them when the front entrance to our home required a complete rebuild. The quality is superb and P2 stands by its commitment to customer satisfaction. There are never unexpected increased charges and they reliably attend to completing the job with diligence. When we suddenly had an interior problem with our master bathroom shower during the outdoor project, P2 swept in and assisted with that too. They quickly got the problem dealt with in a cost-effective manner while not sacrificing appearance or quality. We would and will, work with P2 again.

I hired Royal Impressions to do a number of renovations in my house including completely redoing 3 bathrooms, creating additional storage in my basement/kids’ rooms and completely rebuilding my front porch to name a few. And truthfully, a 10 rating isn’t high enough to describe the experience that I had with Rowan and his team.
Like many people, I have had the misfortune of dealing with some horrific contractors in the past – whether due to overcharging, providing sub-par work, telling me I needed to do work that I did not or leaving my home even worse off than it was – so I was already skeptical and a little gun shy before I ever met Rowan. But from the very first meeting, (which was supposed to be 30 minutes and turned into 3 hours), Rowan and Roy put me completely at ease, they explained everything in detail, they answered all my questions with clarity and simplicity, they dissuaded me from undertaking costly and unnecessary work (that another company had told me was required and of course, at a monstrous price). During that initial meeting, I found them to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and calming, but I could never have guessed just how much more benefit you get when you hire Royal Impressions.
As expected, every person that Rowan brings onto the job – starting with Amadeu the Project Foreman, to each and every trade, are all professional, courteous and highly skilled. They completed the work on time, on budget and cleaned up after themselves each day (we lived in the house through the renovations). What I didn’t expect, was the length to which Rowan and his team will go to ensure their clients are happy and satisfied. They went so far over and above, I was truly astounded. Rowan spent many days with me, on the weekends, personally helping me select materials like tiles, or fixtures. When I chose a bathtub that I decided I didn’t like after it was installed, Rowan went on his own time and of his own accord, back to the showroom to source new tubs that he thought would work in the space and that I would like, and took pictures to send me. Switching the tub should have been an enormous and expensive undertaking – and with any other contractor it would have been. But Rowan worked with his trade people to figure out how to move the plumbing and wiring around through a small cut out in the ceiling below, so that I didn’t have to pay for the whole bathroom to be redone. And on top of that, when the store refused to take back the old tub, Rowan offered to help me sell it. His colleague Roy created and posted ads. Amadeu and his crew then delivered the tub to the new buyer’s house for me, free of charge!
That is who Rowan is and the level of service you get with Royal Impressions. He treats every client like family. He goes out of his way to help however he can. He holds your hand through the entire process, provides direction, feedback, comfort and reassurance when, like me, you have no idea what you are doing! And following his example and incredible work ethic, every member of his team operates the exact same way. Amadeu assembled all the new furniture I had bought for my kids’ bedrooms after we built storage, added carpeting and painted their rooms. I could cite a hundred more instances of Rowan’s extraordinary generosity, professionalism, quality of workmanship, treatment of the client, and willingness to do whatever it takes to make you happy. But the best example is simply that I will NEVER use anyone other than Royal Impressions again…Rowan, you are stuck with me for life now! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Rowan and his team are absolute professionals. The design was gorgeous, and the work was done with extreme attention to detail. I cannot recommend this company too highly. This is the second time we've dealt with them and we are very, very happy. Don't hire Rowan for a cheap job, hire him for a job extremely well done that will look good for years to come and add a great deal of value to your property.

This was the second time we contracted Rowan Henry to complete a renovation project for us. Rowan and crew previously completed a total reno of the 30 year old home we purchased. We were so impressed that we invited them back 3 years later to complete the stonework and landscaping around the pool we installed this summer. Rowan came prepared to discuss all options available to us and helped us with some solutions we never thought possible due to some tricky grading on our property. I didn't realize how much a landscaper plays an integral part of a pool install, however Rowan accurately advised the pool contractor what grading the pool should be installed at and worked very professionally with our pool contractor.

Once the pool was installed, his team proceeded to complete our backyard with beautiful stonework and landscaping. His crew is always timely and very professional. They never left a mess and were very mindful of our property. Rowan goes out of his way to ensure the job is proceeding as planned and always inspects the work completed and makes sure it is not only to our satisfaction, but also to his. Once again, the project was completed on time and on budget. I can't thank Rowan and crew enough for a job well done and helping us to enjoy our summer in our beautiful new backyard oasis. I would highly recommend Rowan for any indoor or outdoor renovation project.

Rowan and his team did an absolutely amazing job with our Reno!! Ours was a big and fairly complicated third floor addition (and part of the second floor) P2 started in October, 2017 and completed the job by May, 2018. There was always someone at the house working (unlike when I see other houses when days go by without work being done) Rowan was readily available to me by text and was in daily communication with me, keeping me updated. All of his trades people were great too and we get compliments about the quality of the workmanship in our home. Rowan always made great suggestions but also respected my opinions and requests. He was so easy to work with!!! I highly recommend P2 for any home Reno's you might have. I cannot say enough about them.

P2 Contracting did an amazing job for us in just six weeks a complete renovation of a 40 year old original condo in the west end of Toronto. This is the third condo renovation that P2 have completed for me, on time and on budget. We had contacted several contractors over a 6 month period to start our backyard renovations. Several contractors with similar ratings on Home Stars didn't even call us back. From the start, Rowan Henry was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He made you feel that our project was his own backyard renovation. He was prompt to reply to our initial request for a quote and continued to give us unprecedented customer service as we worked with him to design our patio. As the process went along, it was evident that Rowan was extremely knowledgeable about his business. It was easy to place our trust in his work and company. We would highly recommend Rowan and Creative Gardens to anyone considering renovations.

Throughout the design process, there were a few occasions where the patio design was altered from our original design. Rowan and Jerome immediately discussed the changes they needed to make in order to make our vision a reality. It is expected that there may be some discrepancies between plans and the final product. It's how the contractor responds to any changes is the true test. Without any hesitation, Creative Gardens came through and provided us with the patio we dreamed of. Also, the team of workers were outstanding. They were courteous, pleasant to talk with and extremely neat. They went above and beyond our expectations for cleanliness and attention to detail.

Rowan worked very hard to keep us within budget; which is always challenging. He looked for alternative solutions and priced out other options while still delivering a high quality product and workmanship. Clearly the construction was just as important to Rowan. We look forward to having Creative Gardens back in the spring to finish off our Garden. Overall, the experience with Rowan and the Creative Garden Team was an exceptional one. So glad we had the opportunity to work with such dedicated people. Best of luck on your future projects.

Rowan rescued our yard after it was left in total disarray by the previous contractor we were using - transforming what was essentially a tract of mud into our own little oasis in the city!
Rowan was able to take all my wants (including: safe for young kids to play, low maintenance gardens, patio area, privacy fence) and design the perfect outdoor living space for our family.
