Shingles Removed - New Roof & Eaves Installed
After getting six estimates, I decided to use 310ROOF because Paul Hutton appeared to understand the difficulties I was having with a severe leak at the front door and water coming into the sunroom on the other side of the house.
The roof was replaced in the summer '09'. Some of the materials were not what Paul and I had agreed upon and as he inspected them, he immediately had the proper materials delivered.
Alex, the lady in charge of the eight men, removed the shingles and replaced the roof. They left no debris on the lawn or driveway. She was very safety conscious and watched as everything was being done. She and her crew did a wonderful job.
Paul inspected the roof several times during the process and spoke to me after the completion of each phase.
Paul & I decided that the eaves should be replaced and he sent another crew who specialized in installing eaves. He came to inspect this work as well. I was very happy this work also.
Paul did not ask for a deposit before the work began but collected the money when the work was completed. I am very happy with all the work that was done.
