I was experiencing a very leaky basement in my 80 year old home. Chris from CityWide Group arranged to come over and assess the situation. He was very helpful in explaining what may be causing the leak and what action was necessary to correct it. The estimate was within range of a couple other quotes I had gathered, so I have him the green light to start.

The crew arrived a week later, on time, as promised. Let me tell you, I have NEVER seen men work so hard and restless like the crew they had sent over. They were so clean, that they would tarp over everything at the end of each day and neatly store their tools in the back yard. Once the job was complete, my interlocking driveway looked better then before they had started. My basement has not leaked since and it has been over a month since completion.

We had a rather complicated leak in our basement due to fact that the basement wall was a composite of poured concrete and concrete blocks. All waterproofing companies recommended an external dig down the weeping tile with delta+rubber coating. Although extremely professional in approach and timely in execution, it was by no means a "cheap" endeavor. Although, they do give a life-time warranty, getting them back to backfill "sunken soil" has been difficult.
