Miracle Movers

Miracle Movers were really good. They were efficient - calling me to tell me that they were on their way and they arrived when scheduled. The two movers were friendly, polite, and very efficient. It all took less than two hours and it was as pleasant an experience as moving can be.

I hired them to JUST move my contents out of storage PODS and into my house. They showed up with no moving equipment (moving blankets, etc.) and I had brand new carpet in my home. So, instead they removed their shoes each and every time they entered the home. It took them SO LONG to do it this way, which matters when you are paying by the hour. After contacting Ron (in Calgary), he just said "sorry, they didn't have the moving equipment because they didn't have a truck". SO, I am just supposed to pay the same rate, but accept less service?? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!! CHEAPER RATES, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

I used Miracle Movers recently, and was beyond thrilled with their service. Their phone customer service was always available when I needed them, and prompt with updating me via e-mail. The gentlemen who preformed the actual move were very efficient and punctual; all in all they did the job in about an hour with a positive attitude. Great job--will definitely use them again.

I used Miracle Movers to move my home contents within Toronto. From the very first interaction with the team in the office to the two gentlemen who completed the actual move for me today my experience was exceptional. The team respond really quickly to any email enquiries I had, the pricing was extremely reasonable and they were on time and very fast on the day of the move. I highly recommend them, they were very cautious with all my furniture and took the time to ensure they placed the furniture in the correct places for me at the new house. Excellent value and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone else I know who needs move support.

I booked a move with this company for May 18. Ref # 20231. I was originally told the movers would be coming for 9 am but when they called the day before to confirm, they asked if between 8-9 would be ok. They showed up 5 minutes before 8 and the two guys, Vitoli and Andre were wonderful. They were fast and efficient and careful with my things, at the new place they had to carry all my furniture up the stairs and did it in reasonable time. They were nice and friendly and my total cost was right on with what I was quoted. This was my first move with a moving company and I would definitely recommend them!!

I recently moved from Brampton to Mississauga, I booked Miracle Movers thinking it is professional service, booking was easy, I paid $60 in advance for truck that was to arrive my place in Brampton between 2 PM-3PM, I packed all my stuff, ready for move on 1st May at 2 PM thinking that truck will arrive. No truck was in sight, called customer service, I was told that the driver keyed wrong address so went to Concord which is 30 minutes from Brampton. No truck came as I was told by customer service, will arrive in 25 minutes, called again, every time I called I was told that truck will arrive in 25 minutes. Finally truck came at 4.25 PM, CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME I CALLED TOLD ME THAT I HAVE SIGNED DISCLAMER ACCEPTING DELAY FROM MIRACLE MOVERS BY 2-3 HOURS (CAME TO ME AS SURPRISE)
The movers were efficient,I was little worried because I had booked Elevator between 2 PM -5 PM
So be very careful,Miracle Movers is not smooth as they advertise

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired them to move furniture for one of my clients. They ended up dragging furniture on their new floors, banged furniture into the walls leaving dents and scratches, and on top of all of that they didn't even move everything in the house! It has taken me 4 business days to get the manager on the phone in order to get this resolved. Whenever I called they either have a "holiday" or they aren't "in" the office, yet 5 minutes later when I try calling back the person I'm looking for answers the phone. This company won't even own up to the mistake they made, and now I have a very upset client who can't even move into their home because of all the repairs that need to take place because of this company. WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

Luckily, my friend has told me about this company! I was moving from Mississauga to the North of Toronto. First, they have been communicating professionally form the beginning. Second, based on my list of belongings they've recommended me an optimal solution. Third, they quickly and smoothly loaded and unloaded within discussed time-frames, which is important when elevators are booked. Not to mention their friendly staff. Moreover, I didn't pay any hidden fees or extras, as heard in some "moving" stories. Wonderful experience! My advise to anyone who is moving soon, look no further! "Miracle Movers" are truly miracle movers!

I found Miracle Movers through a Google search. They responded to my email promptly with an accurate estimate that matched exactly to what I had to pay on the day. The movers, Shav and Zafar, were excellent. They were on time, pleasant to deal with and handled my belongings with care, adding extra padding in places I forgot.! I couldn't have asked for a better experience from beginning to end.
