First thing this morning we received an email reminder to say the Plumber was on his way, followed by a phone call from the plumber himself to check we were in.
Michael was quick to locate the cause of the water hammer it was the shower in the ensuite. Unfortunately this now requires access through the wall to repair it.
He will be back to me in 2 days or sooner with a full quote.
I will update this review after that work is done however so far very impressed with the service provided.

good morning Peter, thank you so much for the quick review. we're just waiting on the manufacture to reply back to us to get parts for the shower valve, so we won't have to open any walls. we're trying to the best possible solution available.
