Michael is great to fix an old toilet of ours and now were going to save a lot of water and save money on our water bill. The fixture works fantastic now and they have a great warranty.

Highly recommended for the plumbing services that the team completed. They were on time and communicated properly.

Drain was plugged cleared and gave me options to remedy the problem.

Master Drain arrived on Saturday nite after receiving my call in the afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem, a broken drain in the basement which was causing the sewage to backup. They returned on Sunday to complete the measurement and on Monday the broken pipe was excavated and repaired. It has been 2 months since the job was completed cleanly. Impressive!!!!!!Thanks Wendy .

May I add 2 other plumbing companies were called prior and failed to diagnose the problem. Do NOT use Enercare for your plumbing needs........inefficient!!!!!

Michael & his team were very professional & easy to talk to. They were able to come to my parents' house within the same day of the call & made sure that our kitchen sink was unclogged. Michael also suggested some tips so this won't happen the next time. Thank you Michael for helping us & hopefully we don't need to call you back anytime soon haha!

I had a trap that needed to be replaced and Michael came to take care of it, while he was here I had him replace the faucet as well. He also identified a problem with the dishwasher hookup that might have failed, although he didn't have the special part that was required, he arranged a follow up visit for 2 days later and took care of it. Rupinder kept me up to date on Michael's arrival time and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was OK. The team was very easy to deal with and very professional.

Waterworks accommodated an early appointment- which was great. Michael came to our home to assess a leak in the ceiling. He explained the pricing clearly and even recommended the membership which resulted in an overall savings for me.

I felt confident about the repair after his explanations and showing me what the issue was. I was quite satisfied with the service.

I was also impressed with the paperwork being electronic and being immediately sent to me by email (they also gave me a paper copy), and with the follow up from the company to make sure I was happy.

Michael did an evaluation of my houses plumbing fixtures issues and promptly started to fix them! He changed the faucet in the bathroom, he changed the flapper thing in the toilet, he changed the valves in the laundry room taps and he replaced the tap outside for the garden hose. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. Michael is very pleasant to talk to and he doesnt mind if you watch and ask questions. Rupinder in the office is very pleasant on the phone. She phones and emails reminders of the appointment, sends an alert when the plumber is on the way and promptly sends an email copy of the invoice. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience.

We had a toilet that would not flush properly. We plunged it several times which seemed to resolve the issue temporarily. Michael came and explained what the likely issue was and explained what the options would be to fix it. We were provided with the pricing up front and Michael was able to fix the toilet within a short period of time. He also offered additional advice on some issues with our toilet that we should be aware of at no cost.

Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this company.

Michael from Waterworks did an excellent job of fixing our kitchen sink and replacing the tap, valves and other parts underneath that were not working properly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He corrected several things that were not installed properly in the pipes and dishwasher as well. The parts and water pressure are all working so much better now.
