Do not use Trans Moving at any cost and i mean it at any cost
Most non-reliable, non professional , arrogant people
If you want to increase your blood pressure ,anxiety and want to have heart attack then by all means hire this company. Their GM Yuri can even block your phone number once they receive your money and your stuff.
Never on time weather to pick up in Toronto (6 Hrs. late with no communication) or deliver in New York. We were promised 3-4 days to receive our stuff in New York and received after 17 days and that too in all damaged and broken condition and some items even not delivered (delivered to wrong address) They don’t even honor insurance claim for damages. Few Photos attached for everyone to see before hiring this movers.
As of today no response for following from Mr. Yuri of Trans Moving Toronto
" Pending issues with the above referred contract are listed as under.
1. Resolution for broken and damaged 55 inch Samsung make TV which was communicated right away after delivery in New York with photos (photos attached again and invoice for the TV purchase price)
2. Trans Moving movers in New York came alone to deliver and he asked us to help and my son had to help him to move all the furniture from truck to apartment
Bedroom set has not been assembled by Trans moving Toronto movers which is there in contract that it is Trans Moving movers responsibility to dismantle and reassemble the bed room set
Trans Moving Toronto needs to reimburse at least $200 US Dollars for not doing the reassemble service and for us and to help move everything from truck to apartment immediately
3. Reasonable Steam cleaning charges to clean all couches for stains and scuffs due to improper wrapping and handling our furniture
$125 US Dollars for hiring professional cleaners
Not to mention that even delivery of our stuff was executed after 2 weeks instead of 3-4 days as per contract which incurred hotel stay in New York for two weeks ($150 US Dollars per day)
I think I am trying to be reasonable considering the fact the kind of hard time and tension Trans moving(Easy Moving) gave us during the entire moving process to New York "

Hello, dear Ketan. We are very sorry that it was not your fault that there was a delay in the delivery of your cargo. On behalf of the company, I apologize for you. We really couldn't deliver your cargo on time. However, all our contacts: telephone, electronic mail, fax-are available at any time of our company's work.(8:00AM - 8:00PM) We can't afford not to be in touch.
As for the insurance coverage for the TV. We delivered the things and you had time to check everything and make sure of the integrity of the things. You unwrapped your boxes and packed things in the presence of our employees, and made sure that things (including the TV) are in order.
A few days later, you wrote that your TV was broken.
Unfortunately, we can't know what you did with your things during these two days. Moreover, the fact that you looked at your things in the presence of our employee and did not see any defects on the day of moving does not give us grounds for insurance payments.
Nevertheless, I once again apologize for the delay with your things.
