My first point of contact with Welcome Home Inspection Services was Susan. She was incredibly lovely, explained everything to me, and promptly sent me the information I needed. I met with John at the house. As a first time home buyer, John did a brilliant job of walking me through every detail, small to large, and answering all of my questions. I felt very well taken care of and am confident that John provided an honest and accurate report on the house he inspected for me. I received my full report the same day the inspection was done filled with extensive and helpful notes, and although I have not had to follow up, I was assured I could call with questions any time. My time with Welcome Home Inspection Services was a great experience beginning to end!
