The carpet in our approximately 14’x17’ master bedroom needed stretching. It was a real eyesore with many wrinkles. Jason and his assistant were extremely polite. Jason phoned to confirm his arrival time. He reviewed with me what he would be doing and how he would do it. He confirmed the cost prior to beginning. He showed us their work upon completion and asked if we were satisfied. Both workers wore masks (as did my husband and I). Great job!
