Mark was accommodating, took his time to share his opinion and suggestions. We finally agreed on the decision for our new runner that compliments our new floor and home. We decided on a product and hired Mark on the spot.
We agreed on a timeline that worked well with our project. While we waited, Mark kept us updated on the delivery timelines. Day of installation, Mark called to inform us that the crew was running a few minutes behind. Within the hour, and as promised, Mark's team arrived and completed the installation. They cleaned up after they were done as if they were never present. The only difference, we had a brand new runner, and it looked great. We have given our home a new contemporary and great look.
