We have three bedrooms with original builders carpet that desperately needed replacing. Contacted Victorious based on their Home Stars rating, Mark called me immediately and setup an appointment. Mark was very thorough in explaining all the variables and clearly knows what he is talking about. He is also very accommodating, we changed our minds on colour and style twice and we had to reschedule several times, Mark was very patient and never pressured us.
