Phoned Mark for a quote, he responded within the day, and showed up at our house a few days later as scheduled.
We found Mark to be very pleasant, informative, and based on our discussions, he brought the samples he felt would best suit our needs.
Mark also pointed out a few things on the stairs that a competitor completely missed, which would have resulted in a poor job, had it not been addressed prior to installation.
Installers called prior to arriving, were clean, professional and did an excellent job, including reviewing how the install would be done.
