Honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service is what comes in my mind based on my interaction with Mark and his team. It was a small job but they did their best and gave us good advice on getting it repaired rather than re-installing. I know that when the time comes for me to re-install the carpet, I am calling them. I have already recommended them to my son and a couple of my friends. Thanks a lot Mark and Erthem!!
