Details missed in inspection that cost me $$$ later
Home Inspection review in

Inspector found a couple things but did not mention things like garage door opener on extension won't pass inspection or to have an ESA (electrical) inspection done. Was more interested in hitting on my agent who recommended the company to begin with. ESA inspection and code repairs cost me over $500. Contacted Pillar to Post Kitchener for comment when ESA inspection was recommended by new inspector to buyers. Should I have concerns based on the inspection they did and they didn't even reply back!!
Go else where for home inspection. Message me and I'll give you the info on the guy my buyers used!
