First New Build, possibly our last. The house looked great on possession date, no visible issues... but then water began leaking around the doors and then the windows leaked. When Braebury came to fix any of these things, they came with a caulking gun and that was just about it. They never looked for a root cause, just wanted to seal it up and move on... hoping it wouldn't leak again or at least until the Tarion Warranty was up. Leaks have resulted in damaged flooring and Braebury tried to say it would fix itself if left alone... well it didn't.. and it was like pulling teeth to get them to come back and fix it. We now have longer term issues related to the leaks and Braebury hasn't acknowledged the problem after we raised the issues 4 times. I would highly recommend against Braebury as a builder, based on our experience and their lack of commitment to actually fixing any problems the right way first.
