We had currently problem with water hammer which is according to the roto rooter plumber. He came and asked questions repeatedly as I showed him. He in and out to his car and called boss called colleague for advises.
Then he checked and changed our toilet flush valve that we agreed to do so. I asked for the cost he said it's $45.
He back to his car and took more than 15 minutes to write an invoice in his car. The price turned out $475. He is definitely inexperienced and unqualified. Within less than an hour he kept asking questions and changed a small part that we can done by ourselves. When I asked few times the costs he was uncertain. This is not trusting company and people they hire.
