Recently I was in need of a plumber for serveral jobs I needed completed. I placed my requirements on HomeStars and waited for plumbers to provide estimates. I was contacted by 4 different companies in total. One of the companies was known for immensely overcharging for their services. Two of the other companies were more interested in providing a quote over the phone or via email rather than sending a human being out to access the work required on site. The other company, which by the way was the one I went with, actually sent a couple of great guys, Trevor & Chris, to access my needs and provide a realistic estimate based on site information. Not only did they provide a timely estimate, they were actually able to start the job right then !
I could not be more happy with the work done as both guys were polite, professional, did great work and cleaned up after themselves.
On top of all of this, Brian, the General Manager, called me the next day to confirm I was happy with the work done and if I had any questions or concerns.
I must say I have been very impressed by Vaillancourt Plumbing and they will be my go to company for all my future plumbing needs.
