I had a furnace installed by Limcan Walker Whitby in late November, 2017. As the furnace I had was 17 years old, there were a lot of configurations to be made to the existing venting and also for the drainage. I had just recently had my basement renovated so was a little concerned about how they would do this without damaging my ceiling, walls etc. The 2 installers were very professional and did an excellent job. Our furnace failed on the coldest day of the year. Called Sevice Experts in Whitby and they showed up on time but needed to order a part. Thought we would have to wait for installatiopn the next day but they managed to have the part installed and the furnace restored by 5PM the same day. Great work! Even better, it was all covered under warranty. It's worth carrying a maintenance contract for regular service so you receive prompt attention when it's required.

We're told by another company that our heat exchanger had a crack in it. Called Limcan Walker for a 2nd opinion. They were here in 2 hrs. After a very thorough check the technician said there was no leak. Saved us needlessly buying a new furnace
