My family and I purchased a Sundance hot tub from Ken at Sunspa this spring. Chelsee model. Staff were knowledgeable, kind and low/no pressure. We spoke about various models in the industry and aside from being directed to a web sites for reviews of their products there was no mention of anything negative directed at other retailer products.

Delivery was scheduled professionally and without delay, tub was moved in (kudos to a very innovative yard entry), filled up and chemicals set before I was walked through the process of operation. Oliver didn't leave the site until everything was set and all of my questions answered.

I bought a Hot Tub Through Sun Spa a few years ago. Any time I have had any issues with the tub they have come out for great service. So far they have not charged me for any of the services they have given me. They even replaced the board once, after a few years of use, no charge. One other thing not all hot tubs are equal. Sundance makes by far the best spa I have been in.
