My family had to move from Orangeville Ontario to Campbellton New Brunswick and despite the high cost, uhaul was very accomadating with the time limits we had and picking up and dropping off the moving truck. We were very pleased overall with this company.

Had to make a move from London Ontario to Toronto Ontario over the span of 24 hours, including a trip down to Windsor to gather some stored furniture. Truck was clean, larger than promised and available on time. The move went along fine, the only trouble occuring when it came time to return the truck to a Toronto location. According to the terse attendant, the chaps in London forgot to put through the invoice properly, thus technically I had no business having possession of the vehicle. After making us wait for half an hour while numerous phone calls were made, we finally resolved the situation and payments were made. Make sure the documents are accurate before you leave the depot!
