A representative came to my home to do simple repair and he was so friendly and down to earth. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable he was able to inform me on exactly what he was going to repair and what the function will be like after. Being a female I really appreciated that, he was even courteous towards my Great Dane dog. My experience with this company has been amazing from start to finish.. very satisfied.
