Never again, machine was beautiful but a lack of customer service in a necessary industry. There are other rental agencies that carry wood splitters. Inconvenienced the gentleman working at pick up, closed the doors early upon return, the next day upon a second attempt at returning it we were charged the full 24 hours and then attempted to charge a fuel replacement charge on a full tank.
