Needed a complete reno job in a high traffic area. We were looking for tile replacement, paint, and custom work. Rand general contractors came in reviewed the job thoroughly, took measurements, and provided an estimate for the job. This job was a rush and needed to be completed in the weekend. Rand provided a competitive quote for the rush job. We compared with two other contractors.
