They will not come and service the equipment nor are they willing to service equipment that already exists in the home. Why should we have to have two separate repair technicians come to our home. I t costs twice as much and it puts my family more at risk of exposure to Covid. This is a non responsive organization. Once they have your money that is the end of the good service. Even Costco would do a better job than these guys do. Buy elsewhere.
