provided us a clear professional contract that came in mid-range very reasonable and detailed. It made for a great impression!
Project Manager: Elia, AWESOME GUY! If it's humanly possible he'll make it happen. He make setbacks disappear and solutions come to life. Elia's phone is one all the time and we never waited more than 20min of a reply. He always went that little bit over and above.
Site Manager: Christian, SKILLED & TALENTED he was here with Danny (hard working and efficient) everyday making sure all went smooth and on time. Their work is of superior quality they were always considerate of our needs and usage of the space.... they took no shortcuts, infact they'd make alterations & changes to better the project.
The Crews: Hand selected LICENCED TRADES come to focus on what they do best! Inspections and warranties were all provided to us.
No Jack of all trades common handymen here!
