Reins Heating & A/C

I paid Reins for a new furnace and I was promised their duct work specialist would attend and install a new thermostat, wiring and duct work. However, they sent a disreputable company to do the install and they knew nothing about doing the extra items, and didn't even have a thermostat with them, but turned off my heat vexatiously before they left, leaving me with no heat at Christmas time.
