They are horrible to deal with, shotty workmanship. They say they will do things and then never do them. Agreed to pay for things in the offer and then never did. Now we are having to go to court to get them to follow through with what they said they would do in the first place. It has been nothing but a hassle.

As soon as builder had money in hand, service went to zero. All talk about coming in and fixing minor issues, would book time and then never show. Finally after one year we had to pay to claim under new home warranty. Dave M, never followed through with anything promised. Would NOT recommend.
