The installation was was great and the installers were friendly. They did not install the humidity control box properly and I have called several times to inquire when it would be fixed. The owner has said that he is trying to get his worker to come by he is always busy with other jobs or with reliance. This has been an ongoing issue. The installation was great but the service is terrible.
