Ramsy installed a front inclosure for us. It took practically the whole day to do it, my partner and I were not happy at all with the impecunious work, some of the parts were falling off after 3days and the 2nd door would not open properly.
We had it check with another window installer and he said that this job was either rushed or not put together accordingly, needless to say we called him to fix it and a million excuses of why we shouldn't touch certain parts or use exsisting door, basically made us feel like we did his mistake on purpose!! WOW!
We are not satisfied wiith his erroneous job, he had ask us if we wanted to replace it, we said no because we were afraid it would be worst than the one we got. We are going to the BBB to complain or maybe Mike Holmes.
Sad ....so sad :( never would recommend him to anyone and never will.
