Very satisfied! Our plumber from Mermaid came exactly at the time that was promised, did a very quick walkaround, and got straight to work! He was clean, his work was impeccable, and he was very quick! In and out in just over an hour, he did an entire retrofit for our double sink, including replacing the old steel drain line through to the basement and replacing both under-sink attachments. The new assembly was beautifully compact and space-efficient. Would definitely recommend Mermaid Mechanical.
