We hired Zappone Plumbing through our General Contractor. Marcello and Ken were helpful, efficient and did excellent work. They saved us a huge amount of floor space as our General Contractor's original HVAC plan would have left us with unsightly box-outs around the perimeter of our basement and at about 4' high (we have an old heritage style home). Marcello had the expertise and knowledge to install an attic-mounted furnace. Great idea and we are very happy.
Marcello also brought us great savings as he was able to do all of the plumbing, gas-fitting, and heating / duct work in the house as well as our sumps. Basically, if it goes in a pipe, he can take care of it!
