The windows were installed by Mike, Tyler and Sam. They were respectful of our property, clean and very cooperative. They explained how the windows would be replaced and went about their work efficiently. They finished on time and any issues were rectified on the spot.

I would utilize them again.

The crew from Centra (Shaun, Kyle and Justin) arrived on time and were ready to go. They did an excellent job on the installation and were careful with details. No damage to the house and the clean up was fantastic. These guys did a great job Centra. Shaun took the time to explain the install to me and to walk me through things after. Good job by all.

Excellent products and service, from Raymond Charron the sales person to all the installers, I am afraid I don't remember there names, who went to great lengths to complete the job in very difficult circumstances. Three years later we needed some help with removing a screen. Paul Oldaker came to the house and was extremely helpful in solving our problem. He also explained about other Centra services we might need in a future project with our house. Paul also took the time to to show me how to deal with a problem I was having with a window screen in my 5th wheel trailer. It is the employees that make or break a company and everyone we have dealt with at Centra has been a standout!

The installers who did the work – Mike and Tyler for the first two days were joined by Harry and Nick for the last day; they were ALL simply wonderful! It’s all in the details with these guys from setting drop cloths on our hardwood floors and work areas inside and out to sweep-cleaning when the job was done. WOW! We especially enjoyed just how much they enjoy what they do – the friendly banter between them was quite entertaining. It was great to see people that work so well together – it makes for a great team! We highly recommend this company. Quality Product + Quality Installation = Great Customer Experience. Our 23-yr old house desperately needed new windows. After pricing several companies, we chose Centra because of their years of experience, excellent warranty and high-quality, locally made product.

From the first friendly smile to the final meticulous clean-up, Kurtis and Kyle did an outstanding job. On the two hottest days of the year, they worked hard and made sure everything was perfect before they left.

Replacing windows is a very expensive proposition and it's hard to know whether you are getting what you pay for. I have every confidence that our new windows will make our home more comfortable and valuable.

I respect the hard work done by Harry, Damon, Brandon and Justin to replace all of my windows in one day despite the temperatures being 30-35 degrees. This crew was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They made up for the truck not arriving on the first day as it broke down on route, but with their hard work they still made the deadline without sacrificing the quality of installation. I was very impressed!

I have been extremely happy with my new windows. I searched long and hard before I chose Centra to do the work and my search has certainly paid off--big time! Everyone I dealt with, from Joanne the sales rep to the team who installed my windows ( Randy, Brandon and Damon) were great people to have in my home and did their jobs with care and attention to detail.

I had one small problem with a window that wanted to slide down and Paul came and had it fixed in no time at all. It was nice to have someone come out for the warranty work with absolutely no hassle.

I would certainly recommend Centra to any one I know with the greatest confidence that they would have the same positive experience that I have had.
