Up Town Decor Painting & Decorating

We had David and his team from Uptown Decor paint our oak kitchen cabinets/island. They did such a fantastic and professional job, I’m now wondering why we didn’t do it sooner. Our kitchen has been updated and transformed and we LOVE it. David is very friendly and knowledgeable, easy to deal with and reasonably priced. We would recommend Uptown Decor to anyone for their painting needs.

We asked Dave (the owner) to modify some of our kitchen cupboards, install under the cupboard lighting, build some shelving above the cupboards and modify a wall between the fridge and stove that has a small length of counter also. His work is brlliant and excellent quality as well as that of his employees. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him to please his customers and his work quotes are in the average range. We are extremely pleased with our kitchen now. He did most of the work while we were away, and his service has always been tidy, effiicient and polite, on time and on quote! We highly recommend Uptown Decor!

David and his team have completed about eighty per cent of the re-decorating of our four bedroom home. The project included installing crown moulding throughout, restoring aging window sills, painting exterior doors, stripping wallpaper, resurfacing the underlying drywall and brightening the appearance of the home generally. In every respect, the work has been done on time and as promised, efficiently and with no mess.

Best of all, working with David has been a real pleasure. He is trustworthy, thoughtful and willing to accommodate our schedules. He keeps in touch on a timely basis and communicates clearly. His colour sense is excellent and his suggestions have always turned out superb results. We enjoy having him work on our home.

After stripping wallpaper, we were left with badly damaged bedroom walls. Uptown Decor was called in to do the repairs. David and Brian completed these repairs in an efficient and professional manner. Dust and dirt was kept to a minimum...the walls were brought back to a smooth and very paintable surface. Upon completion...the room was left clean and tidy. We were very satisfied with their work, and are happy to recommend this company.....

We have used the services of UptownDecor several times in the last sixteen years or so and have been most satisfied each time. Have used Uptown Deco rmany times and found to be most reliable and professional. I called this company after a fire in the house and they did excellent work in cleaning up the damage and and having my home looking brand new in no time. I would say the owner of this company is a perfectionist and personable. His hired help has also been professional.

David Nelson from Uptown Decor installed crown moulding and a vanity in my bathroom and also put a new counter top and backsplash in the kitchen. Everything looks wonderful and I am very pleased with the work.
