Items come damaged - they wont help. AVOID.

Revived a brand new Klein loveseat. Open the box to find upholstery is damaged and torn. Contacted website email and number, they ask for pictures which I send, they then ask again (not sure why)and I send again. Then they direct me to a local store (Vancouver BC) who again ask for pictures. Then they do silent and no responses.

I dont understand how this company is still in business, all the reviews are terrible. Boycott this company!

Will be talking to Better Business Bureau next.

They charge twice

Got to the store. Took 3 minutes to choose two chairs until there everything went ok. But when we pay. First they charge is twice and then computer freeze. Soo we got. Ha the twice and no refund yet. After one hour waiting no refund. Front seat staff didn't care and they were 4 but nobody
Knew how to get our money refund. This showroom is at heritage in Calgary. Never coming back. They don't care about customers they just want the money.

Bedroom and Kitchen thru Structube

Everything went really with Structube. Went to store, prices were awesome, quality is great, customer service was good, delivery was on time, product was in good shape when it arrived. Very relieved. I think only the negative experiences get time spent on them and posted.

Windy chair

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They do not answer the phone, respond to email or return calls. I placed an order for 4 chairs in October and received 3, one of which was broken, just before Christmas. The broken chair still has not been picked up, and I just received one of the two outstanding chairs today. Abysmal service on every level.

I am renovating with Structube Store help

I have purchased many furniture from this store, I pick them up my self and I have to say that I love this furniture. My customer service experience is satisfactory, I do not need people smiling around me. Right now I have ordered a desk named Adel, it cost 399 dollars and its cabinet cost 199 dollars. I was trying to find reviews about this desk before I buy it, since I am worried about how sturdy it could be. If someone knows please let me know.

NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase, please do not be fooled by decent prices and pretty pictures. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, been dealing with them for far too long and will never make this mistake again. STAY AWAY!!

Terrible customer service, my expensive online ordered arrived faulty and I was never compensated. I've wasted so much time with their customer service. I can't believe the are still in business.

Worst Customer Service

I see from the majority of reviews that this company clearly couldn't give a crap about it's reputation. I ordered a couch with my Christmas gift money. They claimed to deliver it. I sat a home for a full 24 hours. No couch. They tell me there's nothing they can do and don't care if I "claim" I was home and I'll have to pay another huge delivery fee. I cancel my order. THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL IF THEY LOSE BUSINESS. They don't give one iota about customers.
It was so upsetting that I wrote a whole blog post on this experience and I NEVER do that.

Worst customer service - it's shocking. DO NOT SHOP HER

This is not my first time having an awful experience with structube and after boycotting them for 1.5 years I thought I'd give them a second chance. Awful ideas. I purchased a sectional from them (despite knowing they are
One of the only companies that charge a mandatory delivery fee of $90 and their awful return and warranty policy). The person that helped me was new, fine... but he made so many errors that for some reason I am now responsible to fix. He told me about the shipping charge, I agreed to it and he forgot to add it to
The final total. He misspelled my email address, and mixed up two numbers in my phone number. Couch is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and I called to follow up as I have not heard from the delivery company. They informed me that the couch wasn't coming- because I hadn't paid the shipping, and they had tried to get a hold of me. All of the problems were caused by THEM so of course one would assume that they would apologize and tell me that they will get it here asap as I have paid in full and took the day off tomorrow to receive the couch. Nope. They told me I have to come in, pay the 90 bucks or my
Other option is to get a refund for the couch. WTH! I asked to speak to the manager, she wouldn't come to the phone. She said I could come pick up the ENORMOUS 3 piece sectional myself or pay the 90. Even the poor sales guy on the phone was embarrassed at how nonexistent the help was. I will NEVER shop there again, and warn ppl the same. The furniture is nice, but not nice enough for their lack of customer service. I'm still sitting here in shock at how blatant they just don't care, even though the mistakes were all on their end. How are they still in business?!

TERRIBLE customer service

Very disappointed with Structube. We ordered a bed on December 25th via the website, setting delivery for Jan 3rd. On January 3, wrote an email to customer support stating we were home and received no update on delivery. Today, 10 days later after hearing nothing I called in to customer service to ask about the status. Was advised backordered until the 27th of January. I was told they were busy for Christmas rush and missed many emails including mine. That someone else must have also bought the very last bed seconds before I did, hence not being advised of the back order. So I had to suck it up and accept their terrible lack of follow up, ignored contact, long phone wait time and disingenuous customer service. They didn't even offer any remedies or attempt to keep my business. Worst customer service I have experienced. I'm a business owner myself, would never treat customers like that.
