Main Floor Bay Window Replacement
We commissioned Dundas Specialty Windows to replace an aged bay window on our main floor. We had employed Field Stone Windows in 2020 to do a similar job on our upstairs windows. They made a mess of the job, damaging the window frames and the walls.
Nigel was a competent, punctual and courteous appraiser. He was honest and forthright in producing an estimate. Stan and his team did a superb job on the installation. The windows came in on spec, were neatly and cleanly installed, and they look great. They were also clean, restricting the mess in our home to the minimum. Stacy, too, was professional and courteous in shepherding this process through completion.
The project came in on budget, on time and with all necessary quality and craftsmanship. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and we would happily recommend Dundas Specialty Windows to prospective customers.
