Faucet Fix

I called Faucet Fix for a kitchen sink issue. I was impressed that there was no call out charge. Gary the service tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this firm to my family and friends! He also noticed that my shower faucet was needing some repair and I went with his recommendations on this too. Thanks again for the prompt service.

Originally thought back-up of drains due to kitchen fats-grease and laundry lint however turned out to be tree roots about 50 feet from nearest clean-out. This was a much larger equipment requirement than originally contemplated to start. The service man, Gary, was determined to get to the bottom of the problem. It became a very messy operation but his clean-up after successfully cutting out the blocking roots was far more than we expected. Diligent worker ; effective analysis of situation; thorough work ethic; and truly considerate of the client.

Friday morning of a long weekend, my very old toilet sprung a leak. I left a message for Ashley at FF , who got back to me immediately.
At 2:00, Michael and Adam arrived. They were courteous, tidy, knowledgeable, and very professional. By 3:00, I had a handsome, low flush toilet ready to "go".

Unfortunately, the upstairs bathroom toilet finally gave up and would not flush properly any longer ... seems like it's time to replace. Called Faucet Fix got an appointment for that day ... soon afterwards, Gary called to let us know he was on his way and came in inspected the toilet and fittings and recommended we replace the unit ... just as we expected but appreciated the confirmation. Like anyone, was hoping for a miracle, haha. Gary gave us an estimate we were happy with and he was on his way to replacing the toilet. Within the hour the toilet was replaced and a new replacement shutoff valve in place. Efficient replacement service from the initial phone call to the finished job by Gary. We appreciate the great service provided by Gary who was extremely efficient as well as cordial and made the process stress free for us. Thanks to Gary and Facet Fix for the help.

We've used Faucet Fix several times and have always been pleased with the service. The latest job was no exception. We noticed a water bubble in our kitchen ceiling late one night. By the next afternoon, they had come to fix the problem (a leaking tub drain) and also recommended a great person to repair the hole they had to cut in our ceiling. They were prompt and friendly.

I needed to replace the toilet in our ensuite. Our soaker tub is an almond colour and I could not find a toilet to match anywhere in the area. Curtis from Faucet Fix was able to find a toilet that was a perfect match. The install was completed efficiently and the cleanup was done well. As the new toilet was slimmer than the original, Curtis offered to paint the wall area behind the tank. Unfortunately I didn't have the paint but I was impressed with his offer. Curtis also caulked around the tub and vanity as well as repaired the faucet on the tub. The bathroom looks great.

Their customer service is excellent from Ashley who booked the call right through to the plumbers who performed the work. They arrived on-time, made sure the work site was clear before work started, cleaned up completely after the work was done. The faucet works perfectly. By far the best experience I've had working with a building trade.

My girlfriend had changed out the cartridge on her shower faucet and wanted it checked to see if it was ok before renting out her condo. The handle was a bit loos and she wanted some peace of mind to make sure the rest of her work was well done.
I called faucet fix because I had heard good things. The day of the service call they actually called to say they could come early that day. Garry was super personable and took the time to walk us through how it worked and what he was doing and showed us how we could do it ourselves next time if we wanted.
All in all it was a great experience and would call again.
Price was reasonable as although it didn't take too long, it was a service call and he did do what we asked.

Adam was excellent. He was speedy, very professional and quickly finished the job, Double CHECKING several times for any leaks after he was all done. We would have this company work for us AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR SURE, if needed.

Gary came by in a timely manner and did an excellent job snaking our main drain. He was very honest and knowledgeable and he walked us through every step of the job. Would highly recommend Gary and Faucet fix if you're looking for an honest plumber in Ottawa.
