Spoke with Curtis on the phone, Kirk arrived few hours later. He knew exactly what to do and fixed the tap in minutes. Both were very friendly, efficient, and Curtis even offered to help me get a deal on fixing my dishwasher as an aside. Great service. I would recommend them 100%.

I'm in Toronto and a tenant in our rental unit in Carleton Place needed a plumber to unblock their toilet. Searched the internet and found Faucet Fix and because they have been in business in the Ottawa area since 1989, I contacted them. The responded right away and send someone that morning. Mark, the plumber was incredibly professional. Called me to let me know what he was going to try and how much it would cost, indicating that if that didn't work, he would call me again and let me know how much it would cost if he had to take off the toilet. Thankfully, he was able to fix it just using the snake and even sent me a picture of the culprit (kids tea pot lid). I will be my go-to-it plumber from now on and I would highly recommend them.

Needed my leaking kitchen faucet fixed in a hurry. Mark the plumber was very friendly, outgoing, professional and efficient. He explained the problem and the work that needed to be done. I appreciated that there was no heavy sales tactic to purchase expensive items.

My Delta bathtub faucet started leaking and it was driving me crazy. I attempted some DIY plumbing, but couldn't get my hands on the proper cartridge. I was relieved to see the plumber show up with the correct part for an easy fix. The pricing was fair compared to other companies that provided a quote. Excellent work. Unfortunately it seems the Faucet Fix business is no more. I only found this out from my contractor. So despite positive reviews here and elsewhere, Faucet Fix has left my with an incomplete renovation and without a plumber mid project.
