Horrible builders. Our chimney has leaked since day 1, some windows are falling out, walls and ceilings are cracked, wrong railings were used then they tried to fill with caulking which is now cracked and falling away, our floor was damaged by the painters and never repaired even though we were told it would be. Luckily even though the inspector didnt catch it we noticed the slope of the plumbing was incorrect before the concrete was poured. They returned the next day at 6am and redid it all. Cant imagine the problems we would have had if we werent on site to catch it. Walls arent straight and many other issues.
