I paid for double stitching to hem a modal pyjama bottoms and I received it with single stitching and not even done straight. I went today to the store picking up another item and was trying to find out if I paid for double or single stitching and the owner (man) was there and he was very rude. All I wanted to know how much I paid for the other pj set before I bring it back to be redone properly with double stitching . Instead of looking up the history, he was short with and said to bring my receipt. I wanted to make sure before I bring the item back to be re-hemmed, what I paid for it. All was not necessary. He finally let me see it and I was charged like $17.00 incl taxes for double stitching. He did not have to be rude and accuse me of complaining. What kind of customer service is this when I am a returning customer. You don't need to upset people if they want to check what was charged before. It is the customer's file and customer do not keep receipts of items done.
