Hired Waterford Cabinets to take out a wall, install a new beam, then install all new kitchen cabinets and island. The first day I came home to find a terrible mess. They had used my good bath sheets, which they took from my bathroom to wipe up the floor and just left them in the floor! Everyday there was something new finally I came home to find they had put two electrical plates on top of each other as after the granite countertops went in they didn’t bring the boxes out. We ran the granite right up the wall for a back splash. Some of the boxes stuck way out and some were way deep. Some had two face plates on and some didn’t. All were crooked. The cabinets were absolutely horrible and ordered online, not custom built as we had ordered and paid for! The doors were ALL askew, gaps between the doors, different colours as he stained them, some were glossy, some flat matte. Some dark brown, some light brown. The drawers were crooked and even the hardware was crooked. The pot lights hung down, you could put a finger between them and the ceiling, all crooked. I could go on but after voicing our displeasure, finally Rob Brock came out and looked at the mess and said, absolutely it was unacceptable and he would come and fix everything. Never saw him again. He was driving a brand new truck with trailer so I know where my money went! The kitchen was a disaster.
