Centennial Windows & Doors

Had front windows, patio door and smaller basement windows replaced. Installers were very accommodating and explained products and mechanisms thoroughly. I am disappointed with quality of screen door for patio as it's very lightweight and keeps lifting off the track. All windows replaced were exceptional quality so we were are very surprised and disappointed to have such a base screen door and not functional.

We had an issued where the correct size trim wasn't included in the 'kit' for the patio door install. We had to wait a month for them to return to complete the job as that was when they were 'back in town' next.

All staff we've interacted with have been very pleasant and sympathetic to issues caused but not overly concerned with my issues (until finally escalated to GM). It seemed to be me always trying to connect with someone there to find out what was going on with order and install. More communication and better customer service AFTER you've committed to the job would be appreciated.
