I purchased these windows threw an installer. These werent the normal windows he used in my other house which were awesome!
These windows have leaked in their window jambliner or window seam aka the seam where the window touches the caulking is whatever the material is against the window glass. It has has CONSISTENTLY leaked, cause so much condensation that its actual affecting the wood frame inside the house, constantly moulds up. Since the first winter!
The date of manufacturing is 2017. We have been in our house about 5-6 years. And I will have to replace this window again! Pathetic quality. Google search says windows should have a life span of 15-30 years, but you would think I could get at least 10 out of this ..nope
Of course the installer is retired now. So its not of his concern anymore.
He thought it was possibly just too much humidity in my home, intructed me to not close curtains, jeeze man, I even have a dehumidifier near the windows and they still have condensation at the seams!
DO YOUR ReSearch, and dont buy windows from this manufacturer!
